Appointment Cancellation / Reschedule If an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we do require a 24 notice. If the weather doesn't permit, we will contact you by phone or email to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
Content Delivery Next day delivery on all services.
Travel Fee's We are located in Silver Spring, MD and service the Washington DC - Metropolitan area. If services are requested outside of my service area. Additional fees will be applied according to mileage.
Retakes A request for pictures to be retaken which is not at fault of Home Lense will incur additional fees.
Invoicing Invoice are sent via email. Invoices must be paid before the delivery of your media. Failure to pay invoices after completion of services will result in penalty fee's of 3% and/or $20 late fee after 30 days. Please note that first time clients are required to pay for services upfront.
Realtor Content Use A realtor cannot allow another realtor or person use of the images. If another realtor or person wants to use your images, please have them contact Home Lense. A realtor can use these images to market themselves and listing. Content can be used by an agent's brokerage or your parent company for marketing purposes only.
Rights and Usage We, Home Lense owns the rights to the images. Images can only be used for real estate and marketing purposes. The pictures cannot be used outside of these purposes. Because We, (Home Lense) own the rights to the content, I have the right to use the images and videos for promotional use of my services.
Notice of Copyright Please note that it is illegal to copy images produced by Home Lense. Person who has copied our work without permission is subject to civil and criminal penalties. You have the right to use the images that you paid for. However, you are not allowed to sell or give to a third party. If you want to allow a third party use of the content. Third party, client and myself must have a written agreement to do so.
Refund Policy At this time, we do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your content, please contact us so any issues can be resolved. Please note that after services have been completed. And your client decides to cancel on the sell of their home. We do not offer refunds, and you are still obligated to pay the balance on your invoice for completed services with us.
